We are not responsible for any delays the courier may cause. However, send us a message on facebook if you have not received your order within 7 working days. We will gladly assist you in tracking your package.
Again: Shipping should take 2-7 working days, sometimes shorter, sometimes longer. We have no control over the courier and if we could deliver the items to your doorstep ourselves. As much as we we would, we have to rely on the couriers for this task.

- Item was not damaged
- Item has factory defect.
WHY MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED ON THE GIVEN TIMEFRAME?
- Incorrect Address.
- If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
- Illegible Shipping Label.
- In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
- Failed Delivery Attempts.
- Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If after three attempts of failed delivery, it will be marked as undelivered then the package will be returned to us.
